1. About Us

My Soul Purpose Ltd (“we”, “us”, “the Company”) operates the My Soul Purpose platform at mysoulpurpose.co.uk.

2. The Service

My Soul Purpose is a personal development platform that provides soul type assessment, purpose discovery tools, a 90-day alignment plan, journalling, community, and related wellness content. The platform is intended for personal use by adults aged 18 and over.

The platform is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service. It is not a substitute for professional mental health support.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your GP, call 999, or visit 111.nhs.uk. If you need to talk, the Samaritans are available 24 hours a day on 116 123.

3. Account Registration

You must be 18 years of age or over to create an account. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at help@mysoulpurpose.co.uk if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Pricing

4.1 Available plans

• Purpose Monthly — £9.99 per month. Full platform access. Billed monthly.
• Purpose Annual — £59.99 per year. Full platform access plus the book My Soul Purpose. Billed annually.
• Founding Member — £149.99 one-time payment. Lifetime access. Available to the first 500 members only.

4.2 Billing

Monthly and Annual subscriptions are billed automatically via Stripe. By subscribing you authorise My Soul Purpose Ltd to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You will receive a receipt by email after each payment.

4.3 Price changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days' written notice of any price change by email. If you do not cancel before the new price takes effect, your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new price. The Founding Member price is fixed for life and will never increase.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Monthly subscriptions

You may cancel your Monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No further payments will be taken after the period you have already paid for. You will retain full access until the end of your paid period.

5.2 Annual subscriptions

You may cancel your Annual subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual billing period. No refunds are issued for the unused portion of an annual subscription. You will retain full access until the end of your paid annual period.

5.3 Founding Member lifetime access

The Founding Member plan is a one-time payment for lifetime access. No refunds are available for Founding Member purchases. Access continues for the lifetime of the platform.

5.4 Subscription pause

Monthly and Annual subscribers may pause their subscription for up to 3 months. During a pause, no payments are taken and platform access is suspended. Your data, results, journal entries, and progress are preserved in full and restored when you resume. To pause your subscription, go to Settings > Subscription > Pause.

6. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on Annual subscriptions or Founding Member purchases. Monthly subscriptions are not refunded for the current paid period but no further charges will be made following cancellation.

In exceptional circumstances — such as a duplicate charge or a technical fault preventing access to the platform — we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact help@mysoulpurpose.co.uk with your account details and a description of the issue.

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

6.1 Your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

If you are a consumer based in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel a subscription contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason (the ‘cooling off period’). However, by ticking the box at checkout agreeing to immediate access to the platform, you acknowledge that the service has begun and that your right to a full refund under the cooling off period is therefore waived once you have accessed the platform.

If you have not accessed the platform within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.

7. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create within the platform, including your journal entries, Reframe entries, and any content you post in the community.

By posting content in the community, you grant My Soul Purpose Ltd a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the platform to other users, solely for the purpose of operating the community feature.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you post in the community does not infringe the rights of any third party, does not constitute defamation, harassment, or hate speech, and complies with our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any community content that breaches these Terms without notice.

8. The Assessment and Results

The My Soul Purpose assessment and the results it generates — including soul type designation, purpose statement, soul report, and 90-day plan — are provided for personal development purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice.

Results are generated by an algorithm drawing on frameworks from psychology, philosophy, spirituality, and personal development. The results are a reflective starting point, not a diagnosis or clinical assessment.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the My Soul Purpose platform — including the assessment, soul type framework, tools, copy, design, visual elements, and 90-day plan structure — is the intellectual property of My Soul Purpose Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any platform content without our express written permission. Personal use of your own results and generated content is permitted.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Post content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, or offensive.
• Harass, intimidate, or harm other members of the community.
• Share another user's personal information without their consent.
• Advertise, promote, or sell products or services within the community.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or any user's account.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Breach of this acceptable use policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Soul Purpose Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Platform Availability

We aim to maintain the platform at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend the platform temporarily for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will give you advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
